The third station has protective Safety arms, allowing you to exercise on the bench without a partner. The following station has an Angled grip bar for biceps or back muscles exercises, depending on the grip.One station is equipped with Jammer arms since we just could not leave them out. We added two additional bars on the last two stations for pull-ups.
