The Rack has been designed in such a way as to allow you to place the bar on the appropriate J-Cups and continue with the training on the adjustable pull-up bar, without having to remove the bar from the Rack. The package includes two columns, an adjustable pull-up bar, a pair of J-Cups and all the bolts needed to mount the structure (not including bolts for floor and wall anchoring).
