Attach the Mighty Rack Press Platform to both of your jammer arms (make sure that the Rack/rig is bolted to the ground)3. load the plates on the 50 mm tubes4. sit on an adjustable bench5. start liftingThe construction is made from European laser-cut 5 mm thick steel, which allows you to load the product up to 300 kg of weight.The product is compatible with all standard 50 mm inside circle diameter plates.* Warning: the Rig/Rack must be bolted to the ground.Before you start using the product, you must make sure that the rack is firmly fixed to the floor.
