If you are preparing for a major competition, you know that it takes a huge amount of repetition of the same movements and exercises to make the muscles remember how to work. With a large number of repetitions and fatigue, however, we quickly make mistakes when counting. A simple repetition counter can be of help in this case, its great for strenuous and repetitive training in pairs or for judges at smaller, local competitions that control athletes exercises.
